Pastor Willy's Blog - Complete Post
Yesterday I made the sad announcement that Bradley Noblitt has resigned to accept a worship pastor position at Cross Church in Northwest Arkansas. In returning to Arkansas, Bradley and Caitlin will be returning to their home church to take a major position as worship pastor of the Pinnacle Hills campus. This is a great opportunity for Bradley and Caitlin to lead in one of America’s greatest churches.
We are saddened to see them go, but after walking with them through this decision process over the last several weeks, I know they are firmly convinced that this is God’s will and direction for their ministry. I did everything I knew to do to convince them to stay, but in the end I had to accept their conclusion that God’s will and plan has directed them elsewhere for this next season of ministry.
Bradley has been an enormous blessing to the Calvary family over the last 5 years. He has led us well and we will always treasure the relationships we formed. We have watched their beautiful girls grow and have been the only church family their daughters have ever known. Calvary, you loved them well and they have expressed to me that they have nothing but unceasing gratitude for how Calvary has blessed them.
Our Executive Pastor of Worship, Greg Toney and our entire team join me in thanking Bradley for his ministry at Calvary, our deep disappointment at watching them go, and our true joy that they will continue in the service of our Lord. We wish them nothing but the best and they will always be a part of our Calvary family.
Bradley and Caitlin will remain with us through Sunday December 18th. I know you will all join me in thanking Bradley for his ministry here and praying God’s blessings on he and his family as they continue serving the Lord in Northwest Arkansas.
We have already begun the process of seeking a new worship pastor for our Clearwater campus and ask you to join us in pray that God will direct our steps and reveal who He is raising up to lead in the days ahead.
