Summer is an exciting time for adventures and new experiences. It is also a perfect time for people of all ages to take part in the Great Commission – to go and bring the Good News of Jesus to people from around the world.

Two of our summer mission teams just got back from staying along the Amazon River in Brazil. Calvary’s Elevate students built a much-needed church for a local community. The church will also double as a home for the two young missionaries girls serving in the community. Our Brazil medical team just returned from spending 6 days traveling up the Rio Negro providing medical, dental, and vision care. In June, our Guatemala mission team had the privilege of meeting your X150 church plant pastors – Miguel and Manuel. They spent the majority of their time teaching and discipling other local pastors and their wives. It was an incredible time of encouraging and building up of the local churches of Guatemala.

There are many opportunities and places to get involved in international missions. It is so vital to have people of all ages partner with us in bringing the Gospel to all corners of the world. Every single person has been gifted with different talents, abilities, and testimonies to ultimately further the Kingdom of God. We have trips leaving this Fall to Brazil, Guatemala, South Asia, Mozambique, Nepal, and Russia that have open spots! If you are interested in taking another step of putting your faith into action and serving the Kingdom please visit calvary.us/international for more information and to sign up today!
