I pray you and your family are staying well during this difficult season of COVID-19. Although it has been a challenging time for all of us, we want to thank you for remaining faithful and flexible.
As you may know, in July we had several staff members test positive for COVID-19. One of those, a young man named Casey Gray, is in extremely serious condition. Working with our staff and congregational leaders, we decided to return to meeting online temporarily. We deeply appreciate your understanding and your prayers for those affected.
After a great deal of prayer and careful consideration, we have decided to continue meeting exclusively online during the month of August. This is a hard decision and we are grieving with you over the lost time of meeting and fellowshipping together. However, we believe this is the appropriate course of action to keep our congregation and staff safe as our community works through this stage in the pandemic.
We are monitoring the situation and hope to return to in-person services soon after Labor Day.
We also hope to create some opportunities in August for various groups within our fellowship to begin to gather.
We plan to begin classes at Calvary Christian High School on August 19th and believe the potential returning to school will be an important indicator to watch.

Although we aren’t meeting in-person, our ministry teams are providing excellent online groups and family ministries to stay connected! You can find our family ministries resources on Calvary’s Family Ministries Page.
Thank you for remaining so faithful in giving to support the work of our church! Your faithfulness is what mobilizes us to support our many ministries and missions to remain strong. You can give online at Calvary.us/Give.
This season has been difficult for all of us in many ways, however, we know that this is not a wasted season, and believe that God is faithful to teach us through all circumstances. We sorely miss gathering our entire church family together, but God is still working and our trust is in Him.
We remain hopeful, watchful and prayerful. Remember that although we miss seeing you on Calvary’s campuses, we are still here for you. Soon we will be meeting together again.
