We are always approached by students who ask the question: “Where do I start?” in regards to reading their Bible.

Sometimes, opening a Bible randomly and reading what you open to can be confusing even to the most seasoned Christ follower, but that doesn’t change the fact that the Bible holds absolute truth, power, and direction for those who are seeking a relationship with Christ.

We will always strongly encourage students, parents, and leaders to read the Bible daily, and with the ever changing access to information via technology, we wanted to provide you with the best apps for Bible reading. All of the apps listed below are downloadable through the App Store.

The Bible Project App: This is an incredible app, and one my favorites! This app breaks the Bible down into easy-to-read sections, coupled with animated videos for each section of scripture. Watching the videos, which are only about 8 minutes long, along with reading the breakdown of scripture and devotional thought is one of the easiest ways to make your way through the Bible as a whole. Download the app and give it a shot!
She Reads Truth App: This app was created with girls in mind! The authors of the Bible reading plans and devotional content are everyday women seeking to deepen their relationship with the Lord and and knowledge of the gospel through God’s word. I highly recommend this to be downloaded by girls of all stages of life. Give it a download!
He Reads Truth App: This app was created with guys in mind! All Bible reading plans and devotional content was written by everyday men who value true growth and passion for pursuing Christ. I recommend this app for men at any stage of life. Go give it a download today!
Youversion Bible App: You can find some amazing Bible reading plans and devotional content through this app, stuff that really changes and challenges your perspective on your relationship with Christ. It also has just about every version of the Bible that has ever been printed loaded into its content. Go give it a download!
