Discover Where Faith and Community Come Alive

Connection – Community – Caring

About Calvary East Lake

Welcome to Calvary East Lake. Our location was the first location to be launched out of our Clearwater location, when 100 families caught the vision to start a new work of God in the East Lake community.

We are located right in the heart of the East Lake community and are conveniently located right off of East Lake road, making it a short drive for those in both North Pinellas and South Pasco County. When you arrive at the church, you will see that we truly are a multigenerational church that truly loves one another. Our hope is that when you visit you will feel like this is a place you can call home and a people that you can call family.

Service Experience

Our worship style is unique in that it brings a balance to the contemporary along with traditional hymns and speaks to all ages.

Join us for these engaging and dynamic services at 9 and 10:45 AM every Sunday.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re new to the Calvary family, and you want to stay in the loop with everything we have going on, fill out this short form here and we’ll get you connected!

We also highly recommend checking out the next Starting Point.

All of us are on a Faith Journey. At Calvary, we want to meet every person where they are, help them connect with others, and provide a clear next step for personal growth in their relationship with Christ. This all starts with us getting to know each other in an environment we call, “Starting Point”.

Starting Point is an environment we offer once a month for people looking to connect here at Calvary. It’s a place where we get to hear your story and discover how we can come alongside you in your Faith Journey. A free meal is provided and childcare is available. You can register for the next Starting Point here

Come as you are! We do not have any kind of expressed dress code as long as you’re not wearing anything indecent or offensive.

Come early and stop by our East Lake Café for a free cup of coffee and some delicious pastries or breakfast sandwiches for purchase. Café seating is available both inside and outside.

We have parking on both the East and West entrances of the church. If you are a first time guest with us, we have parking on both sides of the campus designated for you. When you park, you will be welcomed by our parking team and if needed, we have golf carts at the ready to give you a lift from your car to the entrance doors.

Ready to dive deeper? Visit our Connection Hub after service to find out how to join a group and get more involved. We provide groups on Sundays, Wednesday evenings and several other times throughout the week. There’s a place for everyone to connect! You can find a group HERE today.

For more than 150 years, Calvary Church has been intrinsically connected to our community. Throughout the year we hold multiple events to engage our surrounding community. We also connect with local schools and other community partners in various ways. There are lots of ways to get involved and while no one is called to do everything, everyone is called to do something. We’d love to help you find a place to serve today!

We would love to help you take this important step in your faith journey! Please click here to fill out this form and someone will reach out to you with more details.

We would love for you to consider joining the Calvary family as a member. Membership is when you make the shift from being a consumer to becoming an investor in the health and the mission of the church. You can get more information or sign up for our next membership class here.
